The Fundamentals program is where new members learn the elements and definition of functional movement, explore and practice simple, compound and complex mechanics through multiple training protocols toward technical proficiency. Basic assignments and on the spot testing will assist in your education and success within our Group Fundamental Classes.
Fundamentals are 6 classes that meet over the course of three weeks, including a regular scheduled Crossfit class, cost is $50.00 per person. These cycles are appropriate for injury free individuals with basic mechanical abilities. Each class will cover 3 to 5 foundational movements ending with a short workout.
Class size is limited to 1 – 5 people with 1 – 2 coaches per class.
Completion of all 6 classes are mandatory to being cleared for group classes. Any missed class will need to be made up with a scheduled session prior to the end of the cycle.
Fundamentals Cycle A: Tuesday, Thursday at 7:00 a.m. and Saturday at 8:00am
Fundamentals Cycle B: Tuesday, Thursday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 8:00am
Register for all fundamental classes using Membership Options after browsing the Schedule page to view Fundamentals Cycle A or Fundamentals Cycle B and all other class times. You will then receive confirmation to attend the scheduled two week cycle. Cycles begin the first Tuesday of every month.
The first cycle begins November 5th-November 16th. The next cycles follow:
December 3rd-December 14th January 7th-January 18th February 4th-February 15th
Visit the Membership Options page and register for Fundamentals, then you may attend Cycle A on Tuesdays and Thursday, at 7:00 a.m. and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. for the next 2 weeks or Cycle B on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 8:00am for the next 2 weeks.
PRIVATE and SEMI-PRIVATE FUNDAMENTALS
This 6 class cycle covers all the same information as the group cycle and are individualized for individuals with orthopedic/mobility issues, anyone that can’t make the group class schedule or just wants to start at their own pace.

*Upon completion of Fundamentals you will be advised
on moving forward with Crossfit group classes by your coach.
The options may be:
1. You are cleared for group class when you have demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in the technique and mechanics of the movements.
2. You require x amount of additional sessions prior to joining group classes, demonstrating some proficiency and knowledge in the technique and mechanics of the movements.
3. You require an extended amount of additional sessions prior to joining group classes, due to orthopedic and or mobility limitations demonstrating slight proficiency and knowledge in the technique and mechanics of the movements.
