Jarrod Bell has over 25 years of experience at multiple levels of coaching, training and athletics. CrossFit is a branch that supports the trunk of his profession and extends to the roots of his earliest lessons on fitness, both practical and theoretical.

Christopher Binno heard about CrossFit in late 2008 from a student in high school who used this sport to prepare himself for football and track. Binno started to use CrossFit to make himself a better wrestler, and it worked. Binno has a genuine care about his athletes’ biomechanics and is keen about enforcing proper mechanics when coaching human movement.

Alyssa came to CrossFit through a friend and teammate.  It was described to her as a “you gotta try this, it’ll kick your butt and it’s so fun” kind of workout.  She went to a free class and experienced “Annie” and loved it.  A second class and she signed up.  The idea was to train at CrossFit for 3 months to get ready for the World Ultimate Frisbee Club Championships, learn some movements, and then quit and train again on her own.  Six months later she was still doing it and didn’t want to stop.  She fully supports the training philosophy and argues that you can’t find a better training community and environment anywhere.  She was introduced to the paleo lifestyle through CrossFit and became passionate about nutrition as the essential foundation for wellness.  Fast forward to today, and she has obtained her CF Level 1 certificate and enjoys spreading the word and helping people attain their health goals through fitness and nutrition.
