To Get Started At CrossfitBMW:
Those new to Crossfit training, view the schedule and register for your first fundamental class cycle or free class by filling out the form below. Provide the month and fundamental cycle preference or day and time you would like to join us for a free class. Print and bring this Waiver with you to your first class.
Fundamentals Cycle A: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:00 a.m.
Fundamentals Cycle B: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:30 p.m.
The 2 week Fundamentals program is comprised of 6 private or small group sessions. You will learn Crossfits basic skill movements and how to execute them with proper form and mechanics, learning proper muscle engagement and stabilization sequencing that allows for smooth and safe transition from simple to compound and complex compound motions at high intensity.
You can be sure that you will be confident and prepared when you graduate fundamentals training and join the regular CrossFit classes.
Completion of all 6 classes, along with showing proficiency in technique and mechanics is mandatory prior to you entering group training, and should be scheduled at least three times a week for two weeks.
Those experienced with Crossfit, and all visitors visit the Schedule page and register for your first class by providing the day and time you would like to join us . For new members, during class a coach will evaluate and determine your skill level prior to joining. Print and bring this Waiver with you.
Note: $35.00 fee to retake all missed fundamental classes, and all session classes prior becoming a member.
