Goal Board will have challenge dates. Each of us that has a goal on the board will have a date assigned to perform that goal. 1 month from March 1st, we will all Challenge The Goal Board, and the next month after that. Put your work in, plan with your coaches or fellow CFBMW athletes to practice and train. If you don’t have a goal on the board, its time.
